Where we ship from

All orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

United States shipping

Free US shipping on orders of $60 or more.

For orders under $60, you can choose one of these at checkout:

- Economy, 0-3 lb: $5.90

- Economy, 3-70 lb: $15.90

- Standard, 0-1 lb: $7.90

- Standard, 1-5 lb: $9.90

Checkout calculates your order's weight automatically. Standard shipping is available for orders up to 5 lb. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, Costa Rica and select other countries. The countries we ship to are shown at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Free shipping applies to US orders only.

Please note for international orders:

- Duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility, unless checkout shows that they've already been collected.

- Moosli contains beef. Some countries restrict or prohibit importing foods that contain meat, so please check your country's rules before you order. We can't refund or replace orders that are refused, held, returned or destroyed by customs.

- Delivery times vary by country and by how long customs takes.

Tracking, delays and addresses

- Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships.

- Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to them and can be affected by weather, holidays and other events outside our control.

- Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, email support@eatmoosli.com right away. We can only change the address before your order ships.

- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, contact us and we'll work out next steps with you. Reshipping may require an extra shipping charge.

Storage

Moosli is shelf-stable packaged cereal and doesn't need refrigeration in transit. Store it in a cool, dry place and keep the bag sealed after opening.
