1. Who we are
This website (eatmoosli.com, including checkout at checkout.eatmoosli.com) is operated by Mighty Meats, doing business as Moosli ("Moosli", "we", "us", "our"). Moosli used to be sold under the name "Meaties". By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using the site
- You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- Don't use the site for anything illegal. Don't try to hack, disrupt or overload it, and don't upload viruses or other harmful code.
- We may refuse service, limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, for example orders that look fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.
3. Products and food information
- We try to describe our products (photos, flavors, ingredients and nutrition) as accurately as we can. However, recipes and packaging can change, and colors can look different on different screens. The label on the package you receive is the final word on ingredients, allergens and nutrition. Please read it before eating, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Moosli contains beef.
- Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice. If you have questions about your health, please talk to your doctor.
- Store the product as described on the package, and don't eat it after the date printed on the package.
4. Prices, payment and orders
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotions and discount codes have their own terms, may expire, and can't be combined unless we say so.
- If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after we've sent an order confirmation.
- You agree to give us accurate, current billing and shipping information.
- Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full card details.
5. Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms. In short: opened food can't be returned for food-safety reasons, but unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email us first for instructions; the customer pays return shipping, and we refund the product price (not the original shipping). We'll replace damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery, or refund the item if a replacement isn't available.
6. Accuracy and errors
Information on the site may sometimes contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions, for example in descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
7. Third-party services and links
Our site uses third-party services, such as Shopify for checkout and Klaviyo for email, and may link to other websites and social media. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is covered by their own terms.
8. Your comments, reviews and submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it (for example, to show a review on the site) without owing you anything. Please don't submit anything unlawful or abusive, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
10. Intellectual property
The Moosli name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties other than those stated in these Terms or required by law, and we don't guarantee that the site will always work without interruptions or errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Moosli and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or of the law.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
15. Termination
These Terms apply until either of us ends them. We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these Terms.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
